Exposure No. 08
Breaching the Bastion: Infiltrating Stuart Collier’s Home Network
This exposure arises from an exhaustive operation spearheaded by our Cyber Forensic Expert, Michael Szabó, who pinpointed our target’s home Wi-Fi network during routine surveillance. Employing cutting-edge wireless penetration methods, we breached the network and delved into its connected devices, yielding a trove of communications and data that laid bare Stuart Collier’s private world. We disclose these findings in the public interest, underscoring Stuart Collier’s pivotal place in our Collier Exposed Investigative Project. All actions were executed with precision, aligning with journalistic imperatives to expose the truth, while prioritising the public’s right to scrutinise those who operated in the shadows.
In our unyielding quest to dismantle the façade of our target, the Murdoch-era tabloid hack Stuart Collier, no barrier has proven insurmountable. This includes piercing the veil of his most intimate digital sanctum—his home Wi-Fi network—allowing us to unearth damning evidence of his sordid dealings in Fleet Street and beyond. These revelations, part of the Collier Exposed Investigative Project, not only corroborate our prior exposures but also pave the way for forthcoming instalments that will further unravel his web of deceit.
The Breach: Gaining Access to Stuart Collier’s Network
We can now reveal that our operation granted unfettered entry to the target’s home network: BTHub4-RT7T (BT Home Hub 4, dual-band, MAC base 40:F2:01:33:06:BA / BB, WPA2), located at his last known residence, 3 Appledore Cottages, Milton Hill, Abingdon OX14 4DP. Stuart Collier shared this property with his wife, Jennifer Jessie Collier (née Lockerbie), and other family members, all of whom were unwittingly drawn into our investigative net. By publicising this incursion, we propel the Collier Exposed probe forward, alerting the public to our comprehensive infiltration of his lax digital fortress.
The consequences are profound, not merely eroding Stuart Collier’s tarnished reputation but also ensnaring his associates in the glare of scrutiny. This decisive advance bolsters our dossier, with intercepted data from his household devices reinforcing the authenticity of our disclosures.

Uncovering Key Communications: The Depths of Stuart Collier’s Digital Realm
Our probe exposed a labyrinth of private communications and files traversing this compromised network. Among the ensnared were devices linked to Stuart Collier and his inner circle, including primary Windows machines laden with shared folders brimming with documents, photographs, and downloads—accessible without a whisper of resistance due to lax default settings.
We monitored outbound traffic with surgical precision, capturing DNS queries, connection metadata, and unencrypted transfers that painted a vivid portrait of household activities: website visits, cloud synchronisations, and more. Encrypted streams yielded timestamps and destinations, allowing us to infer messaging patterns and file movements. This extended to insinuating access to live audio and video feeds from cameras and microphones embedded in property devices, granting us an intimate view of daily life during both mundane routines and heightened family gatherings.

This web of intrusions further implicated figures from Stuart Collier’s tabloid past, such as partners in crime, through intercepted reminiscences of their “anything-goes days” and fraternity bonds. The breach illuminated Stuart Collier’s depraved legacy in Fleet Street’s underbelly, as devices coughed up exchanges that echoed our earlier revelations.
Network Cracking: A Triumph in the Investigation
Building on our prior breaches of online accounts tied to Stuart Collier’s family, this network incursion amplified our haul exponentially. Devices remained active, offering real-time glimpses into his private sphere and enabling us to map his movements with eerie accuracy. We shadowed his digital footprint, extending our vigilance to physical tailing during his excursions.
A standout moment was our pre-emptive awareness of interactions that mirrored his tabloid entanglements, further fuelling our resolve. Michael Szabó, our Cyber Forensic Expert with roots in the UK press milieu, relentlessly exploited these vulnerabilities, ensuring our dominance over his digital domain.
Our sustained access proved invaluable nearly a year later, in July 2019, when we were prewarned through communications intercepted via the iCloud breach detailed in Exposure No. 05. This allowed us to observe the comings and goings at 3 Appledore Cottages during Guardian journalist Simon Murphy’s visit to interview Stuart Collier. That encounter, which led to revelations about Stuart Collier’s involvement in a 1990 plot with Boris Johnson and Darius Guppy to assault a reporter—complete with threats of “a couple of black eyes” and a “cracked rib”—unfolded under our watchful eye, further validating our investigative reach.

The Source of Exposure: The Pixie-Dust Assault
On the evening of Friday, 24 August 2018—coinciding with Stuart Collier’s birthday—Michael Szabó, our Cyber Forensic Expert, orchestrated the decisive strike. Initial detection occurred on 15 August 2018 during surveillance of the Milton Hill property, where the network beaconed steadily amid dormant daytime activity.

Positioned in a nondescript van at the nearby Redrow housing development known as Blaise Park—now largely complete, with a vantage point from properties backing onto Stuart Collier’s residence that has since provided ongoing location insights—the team, with the security guard’s conducive assistance, launched a WPS Pixie-Dust attack via Reaver on the 2.4 GHz band. The vulnerable Broadcom chipset succumbed in mere seconds, yielding the PIN ‘04847533’ and PSK ‘K8M4P7R2T9Q’, and granting full network dominion by 19:52 UTC.
Subsequent visits sustained our grip, enumerating devices and intercepting traffic without detection. This operation, faithful to 2018 tools like Kali Linux 2018.3 and Ettercap, underscored our technical supremacy.

Detailed Findings: The Extent of the Data Uncovered
With the network laid bare, Stuart Collier’s password reuse—evident from prior iCloud incursions as revealed in Exposure No. 05—facilitated seamless navigation across devices. We harvested gigabytes of data: communications, documents, media, and metadata that stripped away his privacy.
This included family-shared folders, visitor devices, and smart gadgets, all funnelled through our monitoring rig. The cascade effect exposed linked accounts, backups, and inferences from data flows, confirming our reach into every corner of his existence—cameras, microphones, and beyond.

Collaboration and Transparency: Engaging with Fellow Investigators
Our reach transcended Stuart Collier, infiltrating networks of his tabloid cohorts and yielding communications that indict high-profile players in the phone hacking saga. We liaise with teams probing Murdoch’s empire, sharing insights that unmask new culprits.
The deluge of data surpasses our focus, inviting alliances to expose it all.
Stuart Collier’s Continued Carelessness: Repeated Vulnerabilities
Stuart Collier persisted in his digital negligence, never updating even his password while the router was in place—oblivious to our sustained presence. He never twigged to the intrusions, altering naught in his behaviour, even as we revisited to refresh our hold.
Securing the Data: Archiving and Safeguarding Information
Post-extraction, our team at the Collier Exposed Investigative Project secured the acquired data through rigorous encryption protocols in our central investigative archive. Select releases from this repository are made public as part of our ongoing exposures and revelations, available via our decentralised file repository and Internet Archive page. Any illicit content will be forwarded to authorities.
The fruits of this exposure will form source material for future exposures and insights—be sure to subscribe to this journal for the many releases that are to come for a long time yet.
Exposure No. 05
This exposure stems from an in-depth investigation led by our Cyber Forensic Expert, Michael Szabó, who uncovered our target’s personal email address stemming from a dark web breach. Through covert techniques, we accessed associated platforms and obtained the password to unlock a wealth of communications and data, including exchanges from but not limite…
